Our Job Posting service will allow your advertisement to reach BC HRMA members through the Members' Only section of our website and by e-mail via the HRVoice e-newsletter.
Post a job now! (if you are paying by cheque, please follow the instructions below, DO NOT use the online submission form. If you are GST exempt, please fill out out the GST Exempt form and submit it by email to postings@bchrma.org when you submit your ad)
The BC HRMA Job Postings service is automated!
What this means to you:
no more Wednesday morning deadlines for submission
ads will be live on our website within 2 business days of submission (although we will make every attempt to upload ads by the end of business on the day of submission)
no more limitations or extra charges for ad length
receipts will be delivered immediately upon approval of ad
ads are searchable by region, level and keyword
once uploaded, ads will remain on our website for 30 days
postings will be accessible through the HRVoice for their entire duration

$625.00 + $31.25 GST = $656.25
$750.00 + $37.50 GST = $787.50
Earn a $100 discount by including mention of the CHRP designation. For senior positions, examples of appropriate wording would be "CHRP designation preferred" or "CHRP designation is an asset". For other positions, examples of appropriate wording would be "CHRP candidates preferred" or "working towards a CHRP designation is an asset".
To post a position using a credit card
Fill in the form at https://ssl.bchrma.org/content/postjobs/postjobs.cfm. Fields marked with an (*) are required information. Information on the 'Post New Job' page will be visible to job seekers. Contact information on the payment page will be for BC HRMA use only where clarification is needed before posting your advertisement and receipt delivery.
To post a position paying by cheque Email your ad content to postings@bchrma.org, in the subject line please put "Job Posting - payment by cheque". Your ad will be uploaded to our website once payment is received. Send your cheque to Position Postings, c/o BC HRMA 1101-1111 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 2J3.
Payment
This service is payable in advance with a credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit cards will be charged when the ads are approved. Receipts will be generated automatically once the ad is approved then sent to the email address provided on the payment page.
Please note – If you are paying by cheque, please email your ad content to postings@bchrma.org, your ad will be uploaded to our website once payment is received. Send your cheque to Position Postings, c/o BC HRMA 1101-1111 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 2J3.
